Ingredients: Dried Red Chilli 21%, Garlic, Lemongrass, Shallot, Salt, Galangal, Kaffir Lime Peel, Spices(Coriander Seed, Cumin Powder)

Cooking Instructions

1. Stir 50g of curry paste with 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil, (gentle heat for 1 min).

2. Pour 400ml of coconut milk, Keep stiring(meium heat 1 min).

3. Put 250g of your favorite meat, stir until it cooked.

4. Add fish sauce, palm sugar, seasoning as your preferred.

5. Put 60g of eggplants and boil them until it cooked. Add some basil leaves, kaffir lime leaves and fresh chilli.

6. Serve hot with cooked rice.
