DIRECTION FOR PREPARATION
1.COOKED IN SOUP: Soak the rice stick in hot water for 3 minutes until it becomes soft and loose, then take it up and put it in the flavoured soup for about 2-3 minutes and serve.
2. STEAMED: First put the vermicelli ball into hot boiled water for about 3 minutes, then in cold water. Make it loose and dredge it out from thewater. Mix it with some minced meat and other flavourings. Finally steam it about 3 minutes, then in cold water.
3. ROASTED: Soak the rice stick first in hot water for about 3 minutes, then in cold water till thoroughly loosened. After that, take it up and add a little groundnut oil. Fry it in the pan until it is ready. Add meat, shrimp, mushroom etc. and seasoning. It is delicious but not greasy.
4. COOKED IN CHAFING DISH: Put hthe vermicelli in the chafing dish that is being served. Cock it for 2-3minutes. It is instant and convenient with a distinctive flavour.
