Hefang Street

Hefang Street, or Qinghefang, is a historical and cultural strip and an epitome of Hangzhou’s past.

It witnessed a good many teahouses, drug stores and silk stores established in the Southern Song Dynasty.

Today some old and reputable businesses still exite, such as Hu Qing Yu Hall Drugstore and Wang Xing Ji Fan Store, Zhuangyuan Guan Restaurant, and Wanrunxing Restaurant etc.

Gaoyin Lane nearby is also a concentration of various restaurants.
